How to do Bump N run in madden 11??

For some reason i cant figure it out , i remember in madden 10 it was just triangle down. If anyone knows please let me know its probably easy but i couldn't figure it out with the short time i played . And i mean so far i like the game a lot but i do not like that i played one game online so far and that i was winning 13-0 about to kick the extra point and the kid quit.. and i wasn't able to finish the game nor did i get the win ... so that was like a waste of time..... And if anyone wants to lab just add me its Bulldaman4.

Well i figure out how to do bump N run , so if anyone knows how to do double coverage on one person .. please let me know .
